An ultrasonic vibration adhesive pad for delivering transdermal functional materials according to the present invention emits functional materials from the functional material storage part through vibration of ultrasonic waves to deliver the functional materials to the skin through a functional chamber (310), and an ultrasonic vibration adhesive pad for delivering transdermal functional materials according to the present invention is formed in a form that is fixed to the pad such that the ultrasonic vibration adhesive pad is capable of being used without a particular operation of a long time.
