PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for temperature rise recovery.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a control calculation part 1 for calculating an operation amount MV; an upper limit processing part 2 for using an operation amount upper limit value OH to execute upper limit processing to the operation amount MV; an upper limit value setting part 5 for setting an operation amount upper limit value OH1 as the operation amount upper limit value OH at least when applying temperature fall disturbance, and setting an operation amount upper limit value OH2 (OH2<OH1) as the operation amount upper limit value OH when applying temperature rise disturbance immediately after stoppage of the temperature fall disturbance; a disturbance recognition part 6 for informing the upper limit setting part 5 of the application of temperature fall disturbance when a signal showing the application of temperature fall disturbance is input, and informing the upper limit setting part 5 of the stoppage of temperature fall disturbance when a signal showing the stoppage of temperature fall disturbance is input; an operation amount detection part 7 for detecting an average operation amount MVm when the temperature fall disturbance is not applied; and an automatic determination part 8 for determining the operation amount upper limit value OH2 on the basis of the operation amount MVm. |
