The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a display position with a rotational speaker for installing a speaker in a housing of a position control apparatus in order to output sound at a constant height even if the height of a display device is changed. Also, the present invention can prevent contamination inside the housing caused by dust from the outside by making the housing appeared according to the use of the speaker and by closing an installation hole of the housing, which the speaker is installed in, all the time.
