According to one approach, an information processing device includes: a reader, an index calculator, an estimation processor and a visualizer. The reader reads correspondence information indicating types of devices measured by first power meters of a plurality of power meters, each power meter measuring power consumption of a corresponding one of the devices to acquire power data. The index calculator calculates an index from the power data. The estimation processor estimates a candidate for a type of a device measured by a second power meter based on an index calculated from power data of the device measured by the second power meter, using training data which is the index calculated from the power data of the devices measured by the first power meters. The visualizer visualizes the device type candidate estimated by the estimation processor. |
