PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and portable electronic equipment capable of sharing data by specific form data units.SOLUTION: An IC card includes: communication means; storage means; determination means; first processing means; and second processing means. The communication means performs data communication with an external device. The storage means stores a file in which specific form data to which management information showing the presence/absence of sharing is applied are stored. The determination means determines whether or not sharing is present in the data designated as an access object by a command received by the communication means in accordance with the management information of the data designated as the access object by the command. When it is determined that sharing is absent by the determination means, the first processing means performs access to the data designated as the access object by the command. When it is determined that sharing is present by the determination means, the second processing means performs access to sharing destination data to be specified on the basis of the data showing the sharing destination included in the data designated as the access object by the command. |
