FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: disclosed are device and method for installation of turbine blades in slots with axial inlet made in rotor wheels. On male axial ledge of slot lock located on root part of blade, and on appropriate female axial groove of lock slot located in rotary wheel rounding in vertical plane can be made. Rounding facilitates setting of blades, which otherwise prevent collision, for example, of connecting end bandages on adjacent blades. Such setting can be provided by arranging end bandage nearby of adjacent end bandage and blade root end turn relative to position of end bandage so that arc generated by blade allows setting of rounding of projection of male pivotal lug of slot lock by turning into female axial slot of slot lock made in rotary wheel.EFFECT: possibility of replacement of expensive locking blades, auxiliary blades and balancing blades with blades made of more cheap steel, easier installation of locking blades, reduced strain concentration at edges of slot lock, improved characteristics of blade.15 cl, 10 dwg |
