PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate matching of transaction property and a plurality of selected agents by increasing knowledge of transaction property ad enlarging range of agents regarding the transaction property.SOLUTION: A transaction support system including a server computer and an information processing terminal is presented with: a first input screen for inputting transaction property information including at least a transaction property and an owner of the transaction property; and a second input screen for having an agent input a bidding price requiring disclosure of secondary information including transaction conditions on the basis of the disclosure of primary information expressing at least a summary of the property. A processing unit carries out: processing for extracting the primary information and the secondary information from the transaction property information; processing for giving access authority to the agent; processing for disclosing the primary information to the agent having access authority; processing for carrying out ranking according to the amount of bidding price from the agent information of the agent bidding for every transaction property; processing for selecting a plurality of agents from a high rank side; and processing for disclosing the secondary information to the plurality of selected agents. |
