FIELD: tools.SUBSTANCE: tool is intended for machining, during movement by drive about rotational axis and includes cutters with cutting edges. Due to their rotation around axis of rotation, cutting edges define a cutting contour. Plane of rotation is provided, which includes a point of cutting edge and is located perpendicular to axis of rotation. Furthermore, plane of cross section of the cutter is provided, which includes point of cutting edge and is perpendicular to cutting edge. Cutting edge at said point and in plane of cross section forms a rear angle, a sharpening angle and a front angle of cutting. Cutting edge at said point is located at an angle of inclination of rear face to axis (1) of rotation, and cutting contour is located at angles to plane of rotation, in which edge forms effective rear angle, effective sharpening angle and effective face angle of cutting. Rear angle is ≤ 0°, and angle of inclination of rear face and mounting angle are coordinated with each other so that effective rear angle is ≥0°.EFFECT: higher durability of cutting tool.17 cl, 6 dwg |
