FIELD: communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of armoured cables. Device includes two or more sources of metal strip with tape feed mechanism for each and bending head. Tape feed mechanism is configured to receive metal band from each source and transmission thereof on head, which is configured to receive metal band from tape feed mechanism and its twisting to form section of belt, spiral around central axis. Faster process of making cable is ensured by fact that head and tape feed mechanisms are made so that axes of sections coincide, and sections of belt are shifted relative to each other along axis, wherein adjacent strip sections are located in axial direction relative to each other throughout its length so that they form metal band, which encloses spiral coinciding with metal band forms tubular structure armoured cable.EFFECT: sections of tapes have such cross sections, in which they are engaged with each other along whole length, and tape is coupled with itself along whole length.21 cl, 13 dwg |
