PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index useful in evaluating physical distribution business.SOLUTION: A physical distribution KPI server 10 tallies work orders of which work dates are in a given period using work information associating a work date when work concerning physical distribution was performed for each work order in which the work is instructed on a product basis with the presence or absence of abnormality in products. The physical distribution KPI server 10 also tallies work orders in which abnormality is found in the products from among the work orders of which the work dates are in the period using the work information. Then the physical distribution KPI server 10 calculates and outputs an index concerning the work by dividing the tallied value of the work orders in which abnormality is found in the products by the tallied value that is the total number of the work orders. |
