Method involves lifting of flexible pipe string from well above point of break, its drawing on surface, cutting of broken bottom section of flexible pipe string, its drawing through injector and preventers unit of coil tubing unit, unfastening preventer unit from wellhead equipment, connection of check valve and adapter with processing assembly to lower part of flexible pipe string, lowering processing assembly into well at same string of flexible pipes, arrangement of processing assembly at depth at 1-2 m above point of sticking, attachment of assembly in inner cavity of tubing string, lifting of flexible pipe string with processing Assembly at wellhead to preventer with tube plates, closure of pipe rams, unfastening surface equipment of coil tubing unit above preventer with tube plates from wellhead, its disconnection and suspension with help of lifting mechanism, extraction of processing assembly gate chamber, its disconnection from tubing, lowering fishing assembly into gate chamber above head of flexible pipe string stuck part, input of flexible pipe string stuck part head into inner cavity of overshoot, securing fishing assembly in inner cavity of tubing string by means of hydraulic anchor, drawing of flexible pipes stuck pipes string part with help of hydraulic jack with force of not more than 700 kN and extraction of flexible pipes stuck pipes string part from well.EFFECT: higher reliability and probability of extraction of flexible pipes stuck pipes string with its broken upper part from well, reduced duration of repair works.1 cl, 4 dwg |
