According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device includes: a touch sensor unit; a display unit controlled based on a touch input sensed by the touch sensor unit; and a control unit. The display unit includes: a conductive bonding layer; and a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices bonded to the conductive bonding layer, and arranged to form a plurality of columns. The touch sensor unit is disposed on one side and the other side of the semiconductor light emitting devices in a thickness direction of the display unit to sense a touch on the display unit. The control unit senses touches on the display unit on one side and the other side of the semiconductor light emitting devices in different touch sensing sections, respectively. |
