The present invention relates to a crime prevention window, and more specifically, to the crime prevention window capable of being opened and closed in case of emergency. The crime prevention window capable of being opened and closed according to the present invention to achieve the same objective includes: a bobbin which is rotatably installed by being comprised at an upper side of an indoor window frame and is wound with a steel wire; a number of loops which are comprised in a fixed interval at an upper/lower frame and a left/right frame of the window frame and is hooked by the steel wire; a wire fixing unit which is comprised at one side of the lower frame of the window frame, and crosses a center part of the window frame by being hooked at the loop, and fixes the steel wire hooked from a left side to a right side first and then from an upper side to a lower side sequentially to cross each other by pulling the steel wire by fixed tension; an arrangement hook to arrange a front end of the steel wire at another side of the lower frame of the window frame while being comprised at the front end of the steel wire; and a locking loop which is hooked by the arrangement hook while being comprised at another side of the lower frame of the window frame. |
