Provided is a humidifying apparatus in which noise is reduced. In the humidifying apparatus, air that has been humidified by passing through a humidification filter (31) in which water has been absorbed flows through an air duct (1), and is released from an outlet (11) of the end of the air duct (1). A driving motor (5) for rotating the humidification filter (31) is affixed to a partition member (21) (affixing member) that is separated from a partition wall member (12) that forms the air duct (1). The vibrations of the driving motor (5) that is operating are not readily transmitted to the partition wall member (12), and noise originating in the driving motor (5) is not readily propagated through the air duct (1). As a result of this configuration, noise leaking from the outlet (11) is reduced. |
