[Problem] To provide a floor heat insulator, a floor heat insulation structure, a method for constructing the floor heat insulation structure, and a floor heat insulation panel, which quickly enable expelling water to dry a heat insulation material in a shorter period of time. [Solution] The present invention provides a floor heat insulator which has a sheet-shaped support in contact with the bottom surface of a mat-shaped heat insulation material, wherein at least part of the support (25) is provided with a hydrophilic agent. The hydrophilic agent provided on the support (25) of the floor heat insulator (10) enables water resulting from the heat insulation material (20) being soaked in water to be quickly expelled by the support to dry the heat insulation material. Also provided are a floor heat insulation structure (1) and a floor heat insulation panel (30) which incorporate the floor heat insulator (10). |
