PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor device capable of eliminating the probability that the reinforcement material of a floor plate falls down into a machine room without providing special beams for supporting the floor plate or without the need of a fitting part for suppressing bending.SOLUTION: A passenger-conveyor entrance floor device that also acts as a lid body that closes an opening portion communicating with a lower space of a passenger conveyor entrance, includes: a surface floor plate portion that serves as an entrance footstep in the opening portion; a non-lid box support body portion provided together with the surface floor plate portion in the opening, and closing the opening portion; and a reinforcement body portion having a generally rectangular wave-shaped cross-section, having a skirt portion welded or adhesively bonded to an inner bottom surface of the non-lid box support body portion and having an upper surface welded or adhesively bonded to a rear surface of the surface floor plate portion, interposed between the surface floor plate portion and the non-lid box support body portion, and reinforcing the surface floor plate portion. The surface floor plate portion, the non-lid box support body portion, and the reinforcement body portion constitute a floor unit. |
