FIELD: oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for sealing disorders of production string. In extracted threaded patch packer elements are installed separately while mounting sealing cups on them, by successive expansion of the packer elements starting from the top one, following the procedure of two round-trip operations with alternate application of two hydraulic mounting tools. At the first round-trip operation the upper packer element is installed. During the hydraulic tool rod movement the packer element is button-rifled to the signal actuation - pressure drop. Then the hydraulic mounting tool with conical mandrel is lifted. At the second round-trip operation the mounting tool with a catcher passes through the extended opening of the upper packer element. Catcher enters the fishing branch pipe of the lower packer element, the mounting tool thrusts against a special folding ring in the adapter saddle having free travel. Been loaded, the special folding ring thrusts against a face of the lower part of the adapter, having smaller inner diameter relative to the upper one, which provides reliable support for the mounting tool. After the lower packer element expansion the lower packer device is button-rifled to the signal actuation - pressure drop, and the sealing cup provides the device tightness and fixation. Hydraulic mounting tool with conical mandrel and fishing branch pipe is lifted from the well. During lifting the conical mandrel pushes a special folding ring, its segments are opened and laid into part of the saddle with increased diameter ensuring the conical mandrel passing.EFFECT: higher reliability and faster assembly of the plant, longer life of the well are achieved.1 cl, 4 dwg |
