摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of water treatment system that can control a pump without grasping the pump coefficient of each, mounted pump in a water treatment system including a filtration membrane module, and to provide a program, a controller, and a water treatment system.SOLUTION: A water treatment system includes a pump 8, a filtration membrane module 4, a flow rate sensor 22 that detects the permeate flow rate from the filtration membrane module 4, and a pressure sensor 21 that detects the water-to-be-treated supply pressure of the pump 8. The water treatment system controls the pump 8 using the permeate flow rate as a target flow rate value. The water permeability coefficient is calculated from the permeate flow rate and the water-to-be-treated supply pressure during the control by the permeate flow rate. When the flow rate sensor 22 is broken down, the permeate flow rate control is switched to water-to-be-treated supply pressure control, and a target pressure value is calculated from the water permeability coefficient and the target flow rate value to control the pump 8 so that the water-to-be-treated supply pressure becomes the target pressure value.
