PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position specification device, a position specification method, and a program which properly specify a position of a user using transportation means.SOLUTION: A position specification device 100 includes: an altitude measurement section 4b for sequentially measuring an altitude of a device body; a stop position specification section 6c for specifying a name of a stop position corresponding to each altitude measured by the altitude measurement section based on altitude information of each stop position of transportation means, the altitude information being stored in a storage section 5; and a movement block specification section 6b for specifying a block of a route and a movement direction in which the transportation means has moved based on the names of at least two stop positions which are sequentially specified. |
