A massage device and method of massaging a user comprises providing a massage device having a surface which defines an internal cavity. A plurality of pressure point protrusions are formed on at least a part of the surface of the massage device. The internal cavity is filled with a medium in the form of water. The massage device and the water contained in the internal cavity are heated so that the temperature of the heated massage device in combination with the pressure point protrusions provide an enhanced therapeutic benefit. |
