PURPOSE:To sharply cut down the time required for formation of a resin film by a method wherein, before insertion of the resin film into an outside casing, the film is formed around a capacitor element using ultraviolet ray hardening resin. CONSTITUTION:A cathode lead terminal 4 is electrically and mechanically connected to the cathode surface of a capacitor element 1. Then, the element 1 is dipped into an ultraviolet-ray-hardening type resin solution 6a, the element 1 is picked up, and a resin film 6 is formed around the element 1 by projecting ultraviolet rays. Then, the element 1 is housed in an outer casing, and the resin, epoxy resin 9 for example, for sealing of the element is filled in the case 7. |
