PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when communicating between a terminal and a base station via a mobile router, TCP RWIN cannot be changed even if congestion occurs between the mobile router and a base station, because it is impossible to understand the communication situation of a WAN side transmission line.SOLUTION: A relay device includes second communication means for receiving relay data from a second communication destination and outputting the relay data, outputting the communication state with the second communication destination, and transmitting an amount of data which the second communication destination transmits to a first communication destination without waiting a receipt acknowledgement therefrom, control means for determining the reception window size depending on the communication state thus inputted, and supplying the reception window size to the second communication means, and first communication means for transmitting the relay data to the first communication destination. |
