PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency interval stabilizer of multiple semiconductor lasers applicable to a system subjected to frequency multiplication with ultrahigh density, without being limited by the temperature stability of a light interferometer, without using lock-in detection or time demultiplexing, and with no frequency gap.SOLUTION: A frequency stabilizer of multiple semiconductor lasers includes a light interferometer in which a light wave is divided spatially by multiple transmission frequencies, multiple semiconductor lasers having a frequency set to one transmission frequency of the light interferometer, an optical diode for converting the passing light from the light interferometer into an electric signal, and means for stabilizing the oscillation frequency of the multiple semiconductor lasers by fluctuation of the electric signal. |
