The present invention relates to a battery cell transfer device. The battery cell transfer device comprises: an ascending member downwardly moving toward a multi-stage stacked battery cell; an adsorbing member provided in the ascending member, and adsorbing and lifting the battery cell positioned in the top at the same time; and a support member provided in the ascending member, and partially modifying the battery cell by supporting one-side area of the battery cell ascended by the adsorbing member not to be ascended. Therefore, by adsorbing and modifying the battery cell at the same time to separate the battery cell attached by static electricity, thereby preventing a diffusion defect.
