PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic coating film, in which the improvement in heat resistance and the improvement in hardness are compatible.SOLUTION: A ceramic coating film contains a multilayer structure, in which a first layer and a second layer are alternately laminated, and is formed by a laser CVD method. The first layer contains AlOas a main component, and the second layer contains AlOand ZrOas main components. The multilayer structure is so inclined at least partially thereof that the lamination direction is inclined with respect to the thickness direction of the entirety of the ceramic coating film. |
