PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film composition capable of enhancing the durability of a coating film.SOLUTION: A paint composition includes a polysiloxane as a principal component, and is blended with an ultraviolet ray cutting material. The ultraviolet ray cutting material is formed of zinc oxide or cerium oxide coated with an inorganic material. As the ultraviolet ray cutting material, 10 g of ultraviolet ray cutting material is added to 200 ml of diluted sulfuric acid having 2.5 of pH value, followed by stirring, and one in which a Zn ion concentration and Ce ion concentration contained in a filtrate after filtration are 20 ppm or less is used. |
