摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device capable of measuring the distance to a measuring object using pulse light at a high resolution and a high speed.SOLUTION: The distance measuring device 1 of the present invention includes: a pulse light source 2 for emitting coherent pulse light capable of sweeping repetition frequency that repeats at a certain cycle; a beam splitter 3 for splitting the pulse light emitted from the pulse light source 2; a delay light path 4 for delaying one of the pulse lights obtained by splitting; a beam splitter 6 for multiplexing a reflected pulse light obtained by inputting the pulse light to an object 12 and reflecting it on the object 12 and a pulse light that is split by the beam splitter 3 and is different from the reflected pulse light; a photodetector 7 that receives the obtained multiplexed light and detects a beat component produced by interference of the multiplexed light; and a computation device 8 that calculates the distance to the object 12 on the basis of the information obtained when the beat component output from the photodetector 7 becomes maximum.
