PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive appropriate improvement information by accurately analyzing a risk factor by determining whether a factor that can cause a traffic accident is included in the traffic rule violation or road geographic structure.SOLUTION: The analyzer 120 includes: a moving body identifying section 150 for identifying a moving body on the basis of three-dimensional information in an object region obtained via an optical distance measuring section; a moving trajectory derivation section 152 for tracing the moving body and deriving the moving trajectory; a violation storage section 160 that compares the moving trajectory of any moving body with a predetermined traffic rule, and, when there is a violation item that does not follow the traffic rule, stores the violation item in association with the moving body; a violation statistic section 162 that performs statistic calculation related to the violation item and derives a violation statistic amount; and a repair information derivation section 168 for deriving repair information of the object region on the basis of the violation statistic amount and an accident statistic amount related to an accident occurring in the object region. |
