METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACTIVATING AND CONTROLLING A WATER-REPELLING PROCESS IN WALLS

A method is described for activating and controlling a water-repelling process in a wall structure, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
- applying microgeophysical techniques to the wall structure for knowing the inner parts of the wall structure, in order to characterize said wall structure as concerns the presence of water or humidity;
- introducing emulsions electrically activated by electrophoresis, with a simultaneous action exerted by mechanical overpressure and electricity, while controlling the penetration of the substance into the wall structure as a replacement for said water or humidity;
- locating and controlling the path followed over time and the effectiveness of the penetration of said emulsions by using said microgeophysical methodologies.
