The present invention relates to a crank apparatus for a bicycle and, more specifically, to a crank apparatus for a bicycle, which improves the performance of a bicycle by extending the length of a crank arm without a change in the rotation radius of the crank arm. The crank apparatus for a bicycle, according to the present invention, comprises: a crank arm which rotates a drive sprocket; a crank shaft which is connected to one end of the crank arm; a bearing which is installed in the other end of the crank arm; and a pedal which is installed in the bearing to be eccentric.
