摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing a conductive adhesive film, which comprises the steps of: (a) forming a perfuloro-polymer pattern on the top of an optically clear adhesive (OCA) film; (2) mixing silver nanowires alone or a mixture containing silver nanowires and at least one supplementary material selected from the group consisting of a conductive polymer, carbon nanoplates, metal particles, ceramic particles, graphene and oxidized graphene in combination with at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, methanol and water to form a dispersion of silver nanowires; (3) applying the dispersion of silver nanowires obtained from the step (2) to the OCA film having a perfluoro-polymer pattern formed in the step (1); and (4) removing the perfluoro-polymer pattern with a fluorine-based solvent to form a silver nanowire-containing conductive pattern. The method according to the present invention allows formation of a silver nanowire-containing pattern on the surface of an optically clear adhesive without damages on the optically clear adhesive. Therefore, the obtained conductive adhesive film shows excellent optical and electrical properties when applied to touch screens or the like.
