A tip of a fishing rod, and a fishing rod having the same are provided, wherein the tip is flexible and highly impact-resistant. According to the present invention, the tip (12) is made of a fiber-reinforced resin material, wherein a top section has a hollow structure, and 3-50 wt% of a reinforcing fiber having an average diameter of 3-15 μm and an average length of 0.5-10 mm is dispersed within the fiber-reinforced resin material, the fiber-reinforced resin material in which the reinforcing fiber is dispersed, is molded into a selected shape, the resin matrix containing the reinforcing fiber is heat-cured, and the mid-section of the tip can be comprised of three layers including an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, or two layers including an outer layer and an inner layer. |
