PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-retrieval technology capable of attaining the purpose of a user even when the retrieval result of a peripheral facility is zero.SOLUTION: When a facility is retrieved based on a first retrieval condition, and the corresponding facility is not found by the retrieval, facility retrieval means for re-retrieving a facility on the basis of a second condition, and storage means for storing a past retrieval condition are provided. When the first retrieval condition and the past retrieval condition are compared, and a predetermined condition is same, the facility retrieval means includes the predetermined condition in the second retrieval condition. |
