PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control system capable of reducing a resource amount and an operating cost by making unnecessary both of a standby IF required for switchover and a configuration for switching over to a standby resource.SOLUTION: In a network control system 100, a network control device 1 includes a network information setting unit 11 for setting, to an OXC 20, optical path setting to connect to a virtual router of an installation transfer destination, transmission signal duplication from a virtual router at a switchover end and reception signal selection from a virtual router of an installation transfer source. The OXC 20 includes: a signal duplication unit 31 for setting the path to the virtual router of the installation transfer destination and for duplicating the signal from the switchover end router to transmit it to the virtual router of the installation transfer destination; and a reception signal selection unit 32 for executing state synchronization enabling a virtual router r4 of the installation transfer destination to receive a signal as in the virtual router of the installation transfer source, and for selecting, as a reception signal, a signal from the virtual router of the installation transfer destination, after the state synchronization is completed. |
