The support has an annular rigid reinforcement fixed directly to the periphery of a flexible elastomer wall (6) and engaged in a frame (3). The reinforcement is tightened axially against external flat periphery of a rigid partition (9). The reinforcement is arranged according to the periphery of the partition and is in support against the external flat periphery on both sides of a groove (8).
