PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that can increase the intake of polyphenol contained in powder of a plant extract into a living body even at a low amount of intake.SOLUTION: There is provided the composition containing fine powder of a resveratrol-containing plant extract. Preferably, the composition further contains proanthocyanidine and quercetin glycosides and the fine powder has a number average particle diameter (D) of 0.5-5 μm. The composition can be preferably used as a composition for oral administration. |
