The present invention relates to a facility on land for a ballast water service to provide a service of supplying ballast water, collecting the ballast water, and discharging the ballast water to the ocean according to a request of a ballast water service-demanding vessel (50). The present invention comprises a ballast water processing system (100) including: a sea water storage tank (5); a water inlet line (6) and a water inlet pump (6b); a ballast water storage tank (10) for storing produced ballast water for a service or collected vessel ballast water; a main introduction line (110) for connecting a water outlet line (8) of the sea water storage tank (5) with the ballast water storage tank (10); a main pump (120) installed on the main introduction line (110); and a sterilization processing device for sterilizing the sea water flowing through the main introduction line (110). A supply line for supplying the ballast water for a service stored in the ballast water storage tank (10) to the ballast water service-demanding vessel (50) includes: a first, a second, and a fourth valve (V1, V2, V4) installed on the main introduction line (110); a second ballast water discharge line (330) for connecting the ballast water storage tank (10) with one point of the main introduction line (110) between the first valve (V1) and the main pump (120); and a ballast water service line (300) extended to the outside of the facility by being connected with the main introduction line (110) between an outlet side of the main pump (120) and the fourth valve (V4). In addition, a water collection line for collecting the vessel ballast water from the service-demanding vessel (50) includes a vessel ballast water collection line (310) for indirectly connecting the ballast water service line (300) with the inlet of the main pump (120). |
