Disclosed is an organic photo conductor which at least includes a conductive supporter, and a photoresist layer and a protective layer installed on the supporter. The protective layer includes a resin composition and a conductive metal oxide. The resin composition is formed by making a multi-functional spherical dendrimer, a first multi-functional acrylic compound having urethane bonds, and a second multi-functional acrylic compound having silicon containing functional groups and fluorine containing functional groups in molecules react with each other and hardening the same. The organic photo conductor inhibits increase of frictional resistance with respect to lapse of time while improving wear resistance.
