The present invention relates to an on-site processing method of poultry died from avian influenza, and an on-site processing apparatus of poultry died from avian influenza. The on-site processing method comprises the following steps of: picking up poultry died from avian influenza or to be slaughtered and buried at the site of an avian influenza outbreak, and immediately sterilizing the poultry with steam at a high temperature of 80°C or more for at least 5 minutes; removing fur from the resultant poultry, separating and removing internal organs, bones, and the like; sterilizing the resultant meat without fur, internal organs, bones, and the like, at a high temperature while extruding the resultant product, and processing the same into feed by cutting the extruded meat into a predetermined size; and incinerating fur, internal organs, bones, and the like separated from the poultry at an incinerator. According to the present invention, poultry died from avian influenza or to be slaughtered can be instantaneously processed at the site of an avian influenza outbreak. |
