Provided is an image processing system (1) which processes images captured in the vicinity of a vehicle. A first time point image is a first image which is either a captured image captured by a rear camera (3b) which captures images in the vicinity of a vehicle, or an image generated on the basis of the captured image, the first image being captured by the rear camera with a first timing. A second time point image is a second image which is either a captured image captured by a front camera (3a), or an image generated on the basis of the captured image, the image capturing performed by the front camera being performed further in the past than the first timing, and the second image capturing the same imaging target as the first time point image. A historical synthesis unit (13b) subjects the first image and/or the second image to image processing capable of reducing differences between the parameters of pixels which form the areas, in the first time point image and the second time point image respectively, in which the imaging target is displayed. |
