PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition for providing a resin film containing at least one of polyimide and polyorganosiloxane as a constitutional material of the resin film and hardly accumulating electrical charge.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer composition containing following (A) component, (B) component, (C) component and (D) component. (A) component: at least one kind of polymer selected from a group consisting of polyimide, polyamic acid, polyamic acid ester and polyorganosiloxane. (B) component: a melting salt consisting of cation having cationic nitrogen atom and counter anion. (C) component: a solvent such as aprotic polar solvent.
