PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication by using voices in order to facilitate communication between drivers of respective vehicles by forming a dynamic community between a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: A computer mounted system and method for facilitating communication via a voice-centric network is provided. Drivers of a plurality of vehicles are monitored, and a vehicle driven by at least one of the drivers is determined 65.
