PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel semiconductor device, or a semiconductor device which can reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 10 has a sensor unit 20, storage unit 30, and a control unit 40. The storage unit 30 has the functions of storing a plurality of sets of detection data and transmitting them to the control unit 40. Therefore, a certain amount of the detection data sensed in the sensor unit 20 is held and can be transmitted to the control unit 40 at a desired timing. Thus, the control unit 40 does not need to be driven every time information is detected, and all or part of power supplied to the control unit 40 can be blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
