MULTILAYER SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, OUTER COVERING MATERIAL, AND VACUUM HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet which has low thermal conductivity and high gas barrier properties, and is excellent in long-term reliability under high-temperature condition and a method for producing the same; an outer covering material provided with the multilayer sheet; and a vacuum heat insulation material provided with the outer covering material and a core material.SOLUTION: A multilayer sheet includes: a first film which contains a thermoplastic resin as a main component; a second film which is laminated on one surface side of the first film and contains a vinyl alcohol-based polymer as a main component; and an inorganic vapor deposition layer laminated on one surface of the second film. A ratio of storage elastic modulus at 100°C to storage elastic modulus at 25°C in the first film is 60% or more. An average thickness of the inorganic vapor deposition layers is 30 nm or more and 100 nm or less. Preferably, the first film has a resin layer which contains the thermoplastic resin as a main component, and a vapor deposition layer laminated on the resin layer.
