PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number generation device for improving security.SOLUTION: A pseudo random number generation device includes a resister RG2 which holds random number data RD1, while a power supply voltage VDD is supplied, an arithmetic circuit OP1 which generates random number data RD2 on the basis of the random number data RD1 stored in the resister RG2, a resister RG3 which holds the random number data RD2, while the power supply voltage VDD is supplied, a ferroelectric memory FM3 which holds the random number data RD1 in a period when the power supply voltage VDD is not supplied to the resister RG2, and a ferroelectric memory FM4 which holds random number data RD3 in a period when the power supply voltage VDD is not supplied to the resister RG3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
