PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-tight terminal which improves reliability of air-tightness durable to long-term use under any environmental load by applying a compression stress to insulation glass within an usage temperature range while using a low resistance metal such as a copper material or an aluminum alloy material for a lead-out lead material.SOLUTION: A compressed sealing type air-tight terminal 10 comprises: an iron or iron alloy metal outer ring 11; an iron alloy pipe lead 12 inserted through the metal outer ring 11; an insulation glass 13 sealing an inner wall of the metal outer ring 11 and an outer diameter of the pipe lead 12 in an air-tight manner; a lead-out lead 14 penetrating the pipe lead 12 and formed from a low resistance metal such as silver or copper; and a water repellent and ductile high insulation body 15. The environmental load resistant air-tight terminal is constituted by fusing a part of the lead-out lead 14 and the pie lead 12 with a conductive cement and filling another space portion with a high insulation material 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
