摘要 The invention relates to recombinant plasmid DNA, which ensures increased yield of recombinant peptide RL4, containing fragment of human kappa-casein, recombinant strain of Escherichia coli (deposited at CEMTC ICBFM SB RAS under number EMTC 1347), which produces recombinant peptide RL4, analogue of human kappa-casein with increased yield, and recombinant peptide RL4, possessing increased apoptotic activity with respect to tumour cells, which consists of three components: N-terminal polyhistidine sequence MRGSHHHHHHGS, the residue of methionine, introduced into construction for possibility of cleaving polyhistidine sequence, and fragment of human kappa-casein from 49 to 122 a.r. The invention can be applied in biotechnology.
