PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet capable of fully utilizing its absorption capacity in a whole area of an absorber while suppressing excessive diffusion of excretion when it is used as a surface sheet of an absorbent article.SOLUTION: In a composite sheet 10, a plurality of joint parts 31, 32 are formed by partially joining a first sheet 1 and a second sheet 2. The first sheet 1 forms a plurality of projections projecting in a direction away from the second sheet 2 in a non-joint part with the second sheet 2. The projection has a first projection 41, a second projection 42, and a third projection 43 having different heights. An annular connection projection 44 is formed by connecting the one or more first projections 41 and the one or more second projections 42. A central projection 46 is formed at the substantially center inside a ring of the annular connection projection 44. The annular connection projection 44 and the central projection 46 are isolated by an annular recess 47 consisting of the joint parts 31, 32 and the third projection 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
