A display panel (1) having a touch function, manufacturing method and composite electrode (20) thereof, the display panel (1) comprising a composite electrode (20); the composite electrode (20) comprises a metal electrode (201) and a metal oxide layer (202) provided on a surface of the metal electrode (201). By the above method, the densified and insulating metal oxide layer (202) is formed on the surface of the metal electrode (201) of the composite electrode (20), thus preventing the composite electrode (20) and peripheral circuits from forming a short circuit, improving a yield of the display panel (1) having the touch function, and reducing costs. |
