The present invention relates to a nitrogen solid solution hardening method which allows solid solution hardening of nitrogen at low/middle temperatures. More specifically, the nitrogen solid solution hardening method injects a steel sheet into a heat treatment furnace, and raises a temperature to a primary temperature. After the temperature of the steel sheet reaches the primary temperature, an ammonia gas is injected to form a nitrified layer. The temperature of the steel sheet having the nitrified layer is raised to a secondary temperature, and the ammonia gas is injected to form a nitrogen diffusion layer. The steel sheet is cured by being cooled. |
